Return & Exchange Policy

Overview

Thank you for supporting SolaBloomsDecor. Because each of our sola wood flower arrangements and animal planters is custom-made and hand-painted to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

Custom Orders & Natural Variations

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, the process of hand-crafting your unique piece begins.

Please note that Sola flowers are handmade from the root of a marshmallow plant (tapioca). Because they are an organic, natural product, minor variations—such as small brown spots from the root skin, tiny "chips" on petal edges, or natural wood grain—are a characteristic of the material and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our delicate arrangements to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item is damaged during the shipping process, we will provide a replacement.

To qualify for a replacement, the following steps are required:

  1. Photo Documentation: You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and the exterior shipping box. This is required to verify the damage that occurred during transit.

  2. Return Shipment: The original damaged item must be shipped back to us.

  3. Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  4. Replacement: Once the original damaged item is received and the photos are reviewed, we will create and ship a replacement to you.

How to Initiate a Claim

To report a shipping issue, please email solablooms.cs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping container/box (showing the shipping label)
